Return Policy

At Camellia Boutique, our goal is to put stylish clothes in your closet that make you feel confident and beautiful. Due to our business being solely online, we offer ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY for items returned and received within 12 days of the order being shipped out.  

To return items they must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached.
  • Any clothing returned with smoke, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any other stains/odors will be returned to sender and subject to a shipping charge. 

Jewelry is final sale. 

Sale items are final sale. 

Damaged/Defective Items:

Please contact our help team at  help.camelliaboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of package and include photos of the damage. 

Return Instructions:

  • Complete the return form included in your package and place inside the package with your returnable item(s).
  • Ship your package back to us with your carrier of choice (we recommend one with a tracking number). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • Once your package is received, allow 5 days for processing. You will get an email notification with your online gift card as soon as it has processed.
